WHILE IN NY, I THOUGHT ABOUT MY FRIEND IN NC, AND KEPT CHECKING MY EMAIL FOR A RESPONSE THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED.

It does not say, rescue the perishing at Hephzibah. It does not say rescue the perishing at CASA.
It say rescue the perishing, wherever they are, wherever
they are presented.
Care for the Dying.
It does not say care for the dying in Wendell. In does not say care for the dying in Wilson.
It says Care for the dying.
Snatch them in pity from sin and the grave. A command for action. Do something.
Get them.
So, when an urgent request is sent. An immediate response requested. Help that dying soul.
At minimum, a response should be received.
